Rewards Program

This Promotion Addendum (the “Addendum”) is part of the Tenant’s self-storage rental agreement with the Facility/Owner (the “Rental Agreement”). The promotion is a rental incentive only and is not cash, a rent credit, a security deposit, or a waiver of any rent, fee, or other amount due under the Rental Agreement. If this Addendum conflicts with the Rental Agreement solely as to this promotion, this Addendum controls the promotion terms.

Subject to every eligibility requirement below, a qualifying new tenant renting a qualifying unit may earn one $25 or $50 digital Amazon Gift Card after completing three (3) full months of tenancy. The reward is promotional and has a fixed value of $25 or $50. It is not reloadable by the Facility/Owner.

• Tenant must be a new customer at the time the qualifying unit is rented.

• The rented unit must be specifically designated by the Facility/Owner as eligible for this promotion at the time of rental.

• Tenant must remain continuously in possession of the qualifying unit through the end of the third full month of tenancy.

• Tenant must remain in good standing throughout the qualification period, including no late payments and no refused, reversed, dishonored, or returned payments.

• All payments during the qualification period must be made by ACH, money order, or cash.

• Tenant must maintain a valid email address capable of receiving the digital Amazon Gift Card.

• Tenant must sign and return this Addendum. Eligibility is not established unless the signed Addendum is received by the Facility/Owner.

For this promotion, a “full month” means a complete calendar month of tenancy after the move-in date, unless the move-in date is the first day of a calendar month. The dates written at the top of this Addendum identify the first full month and the third full month for this Tenant. The Tenant becomes eligible only after successfully completing the third full month and satisfying all other terms of this Addendum.

After the Facility/Owner verifies eligibility, the $25 or $50 digital Amazon Gift Card will be sent to the valid email address provided by Tenant. Tenant is responsible for providing an accurate email address and for maintaining access to that address. The Facility/Owner may reasonably verify the Tenant’s identity, account status, payment history, and eligibility before authorizing delivery.

The reward is an Amazon Gift Card and is subject to the terms, restrictions, redemption rules, and other conditions established by the Amazon gift-card issuer and applicable law. The Facility/Owner does not issue the Amazon Gift Card and does not control Amazon’s redemption rules. The reward may not be redeemed for cash, resold, or transferred for value except to the extent required or permitted by applicable law and the issuer’s terms. The reward may not be used to purchase other gift cards or for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.

The promotional reward is not redeemable from the Facility/Owner for cash, rent, fees, refunds, or any other credit. No substitution or transfer of the promotional reward is permitted by the Facility/Owner unless the Facility/Owner agrees in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

Tenant will not qualify for the reward if, before completion of the third full month, Tenant vacates or terminates the rental, is no longer in good standing, makes a late payment, has a refused/reversed/dishonored/returned payment, uses a payment method not permitted by this Addendum, fails to maintain a valid email address, or otherwise fails to satisfy an eligibility requirement stated above. Loss of eligibility affects only the promotional reward and does not alter Tenant’s obligations under the Rental Agreement.

This promotion applies only to the qualifying unit identified above and only to the Tenant identified above. Unless the Facility/Owner expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the promotion may not be combined, assigned, sold, or transferred. The Facility/Owner may offer different promotions or discounts on other units without changing this Addendum.

• Tenant understands that three full months of tenancy are required before the reward is earned.

• Tenant understands that all rent, fees, and other charges remain due under the Rental Agreement and are not reduced by this reward.

• Tenant understands that the reward is a promotional Amazon Gift Card, not a cash payment by the Facility/Owner.

• Tenant confirms that the email address stated above is valid for delivery of the digital reward.

• Tenant has read and agrees to the eligibility, delivery, and restriction terms in this Addendum.
